One Stop was contracted by my solar company to prep the roof for installation. They tore off the back of the roof and re-papered and reinstalled new composite shingles over the area. It rained 2 days after the install and no leaks. One Stop Roofing gave us a very competitive quote, they weren't the highest nor the lowest. Sam provided us with the details of the job and they were able to meet our timeline. Mirabel kept us posted on the work schedule, she was able to secure the permit with the city and arranged the inspections so that there were no delays. The job foreman made sure the area was cleaned up each day. The new roof looks beautiful and really freshened up the curb appeal. We just had One Stop Roofing replace our 35 year old roof. We had several bids for the job. One Stop not only had the best price but they were the only company out of 4 bids that sat down with us and explained the entire process completely. Sam listened to our concerns and thoroughly answered our questions. Once the project began the team was on time each day. They did a great job and they actually really left our yard very clean and did no damage to our plants. I highly recommend this company.
