One Stop Roofing had a new roof on my house in less than 3 weeks from our first phone conversation. Alex (the owner) called me back within 5 minutes of my inquiry. Alex came to do measurements and within 2 days I received his bid. Not only was it less than the 2 previous bids I’d gotten from local roofers for the exact same roofing tiles, he also put on extra waterproofing and the gutters were included in the bid. Needless to say, he was hired. His crew showed up on time. They were respectful and efficient. It only took a few days. Through all of that Alex became a new dad of twins. He was exhausted and still took care of his customers. I would recommend this company. In fact I did. My mother has a nice new roof as well.

I had a very positive experience working with this company. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the entire process was professional, smooth, and straightforward. They clearly explained each step, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure I knew what to expect.

There were a few unexpected hiccups along the way, but what impressed me most was how they handled them. Instead of leaving me to figure things out on my own, they took responsibility, communicated the situation clearly, and worked to find practical solutions. I never felt stuck or left without support.

That level of communication, professionalism, and problem-solving really made a difference. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable team that stands behind its work and takes care of its customers.

I give your work/services 5-stars. The pictures are amazing and worth a thousand words. The entire experience was effortless on my part. You Jenny were so easy to work with and guided me every step of the way through the process. You are a rockstar! I can't wait for a really big rainstorm to see how the roof holds up. You and your crew hit it out the park with delivering on time, no problems , working in extreme weather/heat conditions and finishing with a top notch job done well. I'm very satisfied with my beautiful new roof. Thanks again for all your support.

We chose One Stop Roofing to replace our ~30-year-old roof and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. We initially got about 6 quotes from different roofing vendors, and One Stop was the most knowledgeable, kind and helpful of the bunch. They helped us understand the differences in roofing materials, and what was best for our application and area. Although we had to put our roofing project on hold for some time, we were able to pick up where we left off and they honored the initial quoted price, so rare today when prices are continually rising. They were extremely easy to work with and always kept us in the loop. We are very happy with our new roof and glad we made the decision to go with One Stop!

I cannot say enough great things about One Stop Roofing! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with. As an HOA manager, I have worked with quite a few roofing contractors, and One Stop Roofing truly stands out.

Their communication was excellent, they were always readily available whenever I had a question or needed an update, and they kept the project moving efficiently. Most impressive of all, they completed the entire roof replacement faster than any other roof replacement I have experienced, which is incredibly valuable when managing a condominium community.

The entire process was professional, organized, and seamless. It is refreshing to work with a contractor who follows through, communicates well, and takes pride in their work.

I would highly recommend One Stop Roofing to any HOA, property manager, or homeowner looking for a reliable, professional, and responsive roofing company. Five stars without hesitation!
